AMU's history

"Action pour un Monde Uni (AMU)" (in English: Action for a United World) was created in 1992 based on the values of the Focolare Movement. Today, AMU pursues a neutral collaboration with an international network of partner NGOs. The projects that AMU supports are selected according to well-defined criteria and without any political, religious or social discrimination. Already in 1993, the association was granted the NGO status by the Directorate for Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Affairs – Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs.
